Specialized AI models for every payment moment
Subscription revenue is won or lost at a handful of moments: when a card is first attached, when a trial converts, when a renewal fails, and in everything that happens between them. FlyCode trains a model for each one on Visa and Mastercard network data, and runs them on top of your billing stack.

Trial start
Trial Auth
Model
Authorization risk at trial start
Know which trials will become revenue before they do
Most free trials fail at the first charge, not at cancellation. Trial Auth runs an authorization check the moment a card is attached and tags every trial in real time: likely to convert, likely to fail, high risk. You see the shape of your trial cohort on day one, and your team can act on it weeks before the first charge ever runs.
02
Trial conversion
Trial Recovery
Model
First charge recovery after trial
Don’t lose subscribers who never got charged
The first charge after a trial fails more often than any other payment, mostly insufficient funds and generic declines. Generic dunning treats it like any other failed renewal. Trial Recovery treats it as its own problem, with retry logic built for a customer who has never paid you yet. It is the only product in the industry built for trial payment recovery.
03
Renewal
Adaptive Recovery
Model
Renewal recovery and outreach timing
The right retry, at the right moment, for every failed renewal
Every failed renewal is a decision: retry now, wait, or reach the customer. FlyCode’s per-merchant recovery model makes that call from the card, the issuer and the decline, using signals from the networks themselves, and weights your highest value subscribers so they never slip away. All of it runs on top of your billing platform’s defaults and lifts recovery above them.

Everything after
Revenue Leak Agent
Model
Continuous leak detection and card lifecycle
An agent that catches what nothing else sees
Some revenue doesn’t fail loudly. It leaks through silent failures, misconfigured webhooks, reissued cards and credentials that quietly stop working. The Revenue Leak Agent watches your account continuously, refreshes stored cards through Visa and Mastercard account updater services, charges an alternate card on file when the primary can’t be recovered, and surfaces the leaks no retry logic is built to find.
05
Across every moment
Reach
Model
Outreach timing and channel selection
Reach the customer only when a retry can’t do the job
Most dunning tools send on a calendar. Day 3, day 5, day 7, whether or not the payment is about to clear on its own. Reach runs on the same model as your retries, so it knows when the next attempt is coming and stays quiet until one has failed for good. Then it picks the channel, email or SMS, sends in the customer’s local time, and sequences the follow-ups around the next retry rather than around a schedule. When a subscriber has already lapsed, Win-back takes over.
Why the networks matter
Models are only as good as the data they learn from
FlyCode is a network partner of Visa and Mastercard. That gives our models something no billing platform or dunning tool has: issuer and network level signals on how real payments succeed and fail. It is why the models are trained per merchant, why retries land when they will clear, and why staying inside network retry rules is a byproduct of the model rather than a rule you have to configure.
One platform. One model for every payment moment.
Trial Auth, Trial Recovery, Adaptive Recovery, Reach and the Revenue Leak Agent run together on top of Stripe, Shopify, Chargebee, Recharge, Skio and Stay AI.
